Sometimes we get the opportunity to work on truly exciting projects, and it is even more rewarding when they are located right here in our home region of the Bohemian Paradise.
Such a project is the lighting of Trosky Castle, an iconic landmark of the Bohemian Paradise that has recently gained even greater recognition thanks to the game Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.
As part of the project, we had the opportunity to supply and install our POSEIDON City solution for lighting control and remote management.

POSEIDON City Components Used
- 17 receivers – L8 IP Box DL10_1
- Gateway – L8 GW LOIP65OUTEU868
The system provides centralized control of individual lighting points, with remote management via a cloud-based platform. Designed to withstand demanding outdoor conditions, the solution enables efficient operation, monitoring, and control of the lighting at this significant historic landmark.
Combining a historic monument, the surrounding natural environment, and lighting is no easy task. What made the project even more challenging was that all installation work had to be carried out while the castle remained open to visitors.

Read more about the challenges we had to address at Trosky Castle, how the entire project was carried out, and the specific conditions we had to overcome in the article on our blog.
